This past year and half has been a rough one for me. My father has been very sick and i have to focus allot of time on helping him out. I have had to learn to deal with that stress as well as taking care of myself and my kids.

I am happy to say he is doing better and so am i. I had to step back and look at how i was taking care of myself. I wasnt eating right or working out so i wasnt in the best place either. Luckly curvy girls are still popular for shooting lol

But now i am almost back to my old self,mind wise and body wise. Its amazing how an hour and a half at the gym each day can help your mind as well as your body lol A place i am so happy to be! I just wanted to thank everyone who has been there for me through all of this. You have no idea what it has ment to me.
